Sweet dreams America
Well, it’s been one long string of bad news in my daily commute on the b-sphere over the past month, which is why I haven’t been posting. Now, with the ISG report being released, and the wretched performance of Gates (They like me! They really, really like me!), I just don’t much have the heart to dip my feet into the cesspool which is the current political climate.
The old-guard Chamberlain clones, Baker and Hamilton, have procured for our country quite a stunning batch of “take a knee at first and goal” pap. Their advice is so profoundly craven that I can’t imagine what our men overseas must be feeling right now. I imagine they’re all wondering if they’re going to be the last to die in this “immoral war.”
Damn the Democrat Party. They will murder us in our sleep if not shoot us in the back before long. It seems whatever put Reagan in power in ‘80 is now firmly asleep, if not room temperature. I guess the fight is gone from America. I suppose we are the paper tiger Osama bin Laden made us for.
I hope not.
